Abstract

Since the monetary crisis that hit Indonesia in 1998 it has become a scourge tense for the State of Indonesia. Every year it increases, this thing one of the reasons is the increasing price of food, clothing and food. In response to this, the government has provided several economic assistance, such asFamily Hope Program, KIP (Smart Indonesian Family) and assistance provided by the government. However, there is a lot of assistance the community, especially in the village, admitted to being poor to get this assistance. So that aid was not on target, causing unequal distribution of aid to the community who are indeed poor in accordance with government criteria, as happened, around 1,443 assistance was leveraged or double-checked because it was not right on target. Therefore, we need a ranking concept that is right on target and according to the criteria who are entitled to get assistance from the government by using the TOPSIS method as a recommendation who is entitled to assistance from the government. The fundamental reason for choosing this method is because of the level of complexity so that it has high accuracy when compared to others. And the method will be created using a website, so that it is easily accessible in all places. So, calculating the TOPSIS aims to see the poor in accordance with the criteria set by the government as a recommendation for providing assistance to truly poor people

Abstract

Alat pengaman motor pada umumnya bersifat manual mekanik menggunakan kunci sebagai pengaktif saklar memiliki kelemahan pada grid kunci sehingga motor masih bisa diaktifkan dengan pemecahan grid. penerapan modifikasi model keamanan bersifat elektrik mekanik menjadikan keamanan ganda dengan menambahkan servo pada motor memiliki supply arus searah memberi tambahan fasilitas keamanan dengan pengaktifan menggunakan transmisi wireless berdaya searah untuk menambah prosedur pengaktifan motor. Maraknya tindakan pencurian kendaraan motor dengan mekanik melalui kunci ini membuat inisiatif bagi penulis untuk merancang sistem kendali berbasis mobile sebagai pengamanan motor untuk melindungi kontaktor starter dari pencurian dengan memanfaatkan switching mekanik untuk pengaktifan sistem starter melalui kendali wireless ESP826. Abstract

Garbage is a never-ending problem in human life. Many of the problems caused by waste actually stem from human ignorance of the environment. Several solutions have been proposed to solve and avoid problems from the waste, one of which is making waste detection that can be applied directly to certain devices. This study aims to apply an object detection method in the form of Faster R-CNN to detect and classify at a speed that allows computers to detect trash objects directly through real-time video. The test results in this study indicate the method used can detect trash objects in 100 images with an accuracy value of 74%, and to detect real-time video with video frame rates in the range of 1 frame per second (fps).

Abstract

The calculator is a calculation tool that is widely used in various specialized fields of business and commerce. The use of a calculator makes it easier for humans to perform arithmetic operations, but there are obstacles in the process of inputting numbers if you want to calculate the value of numbers on written media such as paper, whiteboards and so on. The user must first see the text on written media, then read it and remember it then type the writing on a calculator tool or application. The drawback of this method is that when the user forgets the writing on the written media, the user will see the written text and remember it again so that it takes longer to perform calculations using a calculator. The method used in this study is Optical Character Recognition, this method can recognize text contained in images or handwritten images of mathematical number operations. The results of the text recognition will then be carried out by arithmetic calculations to get the calculation results. From the trials on 20 handwritten images of mathematical number operations, the results obtained were 85% accuracy of extraction and accuracy of handwritten images that can be calculated and correct by 85%

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan Praktek kerja Lapangan(PKL) merupakan upaya yang dapat dilakukan SMK untuk tetap menghasilkan lulusan yang dapat bersaing di dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DU/DI). Salah satu tugas siswa PKL di SMKN 2 Kraksaan adalah membuat laporan PKL yang dibimbing oleh guru pembimbing sekolah yang berisi segala aktifitas yang dilakukan selama melaksanakan praktik kerja lapangan (PKL). Namun pandemik Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) berdampak pada dunia pendidikan dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah untuk mengurangi kontak fisik melalui pembelajaran di/dari rumah. Kebijakan ini juga berdampak pada proses pembimbingan laporan PKL kurang efektif dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan merancang dan membangun sistem bimbingan praktik kerja lapangan berbasis web. Sistem ini dibangun dengan model waterfall dengan tahapan, analisa, desain, pengkodean, pengujian dan pendukung. Alat perancangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Flowmap Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, dan Entity Relationship Diagram. Sistem bimbingan laporan PKL berbasis web dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL. Sistem bimbingan lapran PKL ini dapat membantu dan mempermudah proses bimbingan hingan pencetakan laporan dengan persentase kelayakan 83.6% dengan interpretasi sangat layak.

Abstract

Prospectively, the existence of the construction service industry, both small and large scale, has strategic value for Indonesia, considering that the proportion of its role is quite large and involves the large number of workers involved in the implementation of a construction project. From the above statement, it can be concluded that construction service companies have a positive impact on economic development. But in reality, the implementation of a construction service business has several obstacles and problems. According to the Report on Construction Development "BAPEKIN" in the socialization of Law no. 18/1999 and the Implementation Regulations for construction services, there are several problems that occur in the Business Potential or Conditions of Construction Services in Indonesia. Generally, these problems are the unrealized quality of construction, timeliness of implementation, and efficiency of resource utilization as planned. The unequal position between Service Users and Service Providers in rights and obligations is fair and harmonious. To overcome the above problems, one solution is to develop a technology that can integrate the needs of various construction companies, facilitate the company's business processes so that the company's goals can be maximally achieved. ERP is an enterprise information system designed to coordinate all resources, information, and activities required for a complete business process. ERP systems are based on databases and modular software designs.
